Terms of Use
Last updated 22 August 2026
The short version. Pokerframe is study software for reviewing poker hands you have already played. It is not gambling, it does not deal cards or hold money, and nothing it says is financial advice. The interest button is a tally — it is not a promise of access or of a date, and it collects nothing about you.
1. Who we are
Pokerframe is an independent project, not a registered company, and nothing here is offered for sale. Contact: hello@pokerframe.com. Full operator details will be published before any paid release. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. What Pokerframe is
Pokerframe reads poker hand history files that your poker client has already written to your own computer, and produces statistics, leak analysis and practice drills from them. It analyses hands after they have been played.
Pokerframe does not:
- offer gambling, deal cards, or let you wager or win money;
- connect to any poker room, place bets, or act on your behalf;
- provide real-time assistance while you are playing a hand;
- give financial, investment or tax advice.
3. Your responsibility to your poker room
Poker sites set their own rules about third-party software, and those rules differ between sites and change over time. It is your responsibility to check that using this software is permitted by the terms of every site you play on, and to comply with them. We cannot and do not guarantee that any particular operator permits it, and we are not responsible for any action a poker site takes against your account.
4. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to gamble legally where you live, to use this site or the software.
5. Private beta
Pokerframe is pre-release software in private beta. It is not generally available, it is not finished, and it may contain errors. Features described on this site may change or be removed, and access may be limited, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell.
6. Registering interest
The button on the home page adds one to an anonymous counter. It collects no email address and no account, so it cannot reserve you a place, entitle you to access, or oblige us to release anything — it only tells us whether to keep building. There is nothing to unsubscribe from, because we have no way to contact you. See Privacy.
7. No warranty, and what the numbers mean
The site and the software are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. In particular:
- Statistics, reference ranges and leak findings are analysis, not fact. They come from models and approximations and can be wrong.
- Results over a small number of hands are dominated by chance. The software is deliberately built to say so, but no analysis can turn a small sample into a reliable conclusion.
- Using Pokerframe will not make you win money. Poker involves risk and you can lose. Any decision you take at the table is yours.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt the site, automate the interest counter to inflate it, or use the site for anything unlawful.
9. Intellectual property
The Pokerframe name, logo, site and software are owned by us. These terms give you no right to copy, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer them, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded. The hand histories on your computer and the analysis produced from them are yours.
10. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for gambling losses of any kind. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your country gives you.
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator is established, without depriving you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. A specific governing law and forum will be named here before any paid release.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
